Cozy atmosphere, but carrying luggage up the hill was challenging.

Charming garden with wildlife, cozy guest lounge, unique historical setting
The shared bathrooms could definitely use clearer communication regarding cleanliness standards!!! Not to mention, the noise from the cockerel in the morning was quite disturbing for a restful night's sleep!!!

Perfect for solo adventurers
The breakfast was a bounty of choices and hit the spot each morning plus the host always seemed to just know when I could use a hand with my plans usually popping up with the best suggestions right when I needed them
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what you get it’s still a fair deal

Lovely stay with great breakfast!
First off, what a charming place! We rolled up on our bikes and were greeted like old friends. The staff was super friendly and stashed our bikes away. The room was comfy and spacious. Breakfast was fab, lots of options. Just wish there was a bit more info on dining around there, but no biggie! Totally recommend it!

This was a perfect match for a budget stay in Kingussie with very good value for money. I loved seeing the Red Squirrels up close, it was a unique experience. Bring a map for easier navigation as the area can be tricky to find without one.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We loved exploring the Cairngorms, cycling and hiking amidst the stunning landscapes. The place was cozy with lovely hosts, and Gus the dog made it feel like home. Just a heads-up , the bathroom is down the hall, but it was clean and private.
The only downside was that we couldn't lock our room from the outside, which felt a bit uncomfortable when leaving our valuables behind.

The four-poster bed offered an incredible level of comfort, and the individual bathroom was spacious with a much-appreciated bath. Breakfast was excellent, with an array of choices including substantial fish dishes. the absence of en suite facilities means sharing may not suit everyone. noise from a cockerel at dawn disrupted sleep, and the lack of room keys raises security concerns. it's a charming option with character but comes with noticeable drawbacks.

Would definitely recommend for a short interlude.
Comfortable bed, delightful breakfast, my fabulous experience included a huge separate bathroom with a much-needed bath and a cozy lounge perfect for unwinding after a long day. The convenience of free parking to explore nearby attractions.
It was all perfect.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I had a wonderful stay with home-laid eggs for breakfast that were simply the best! The quirky decor throughout the Victorian house provided such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Plus, the personal attention from the hosts made me feel like I was staying with friends rather than at a B&B.
can recommend 😊❤️

I stumbled upon this charming B&B during my travels and was thrilled with my stay, especially the cozy room with its lovely four-poster bed and the delicious breakfast that came with breathtaking views of the garden and its wildlife. Relaxing in the inviting lounge by the fire and enjoying a peaceful moment in the garden were definite highlights. The directions could've been clearer, but it really didn't dampen my experience.
